An animal rights activist says he has filed a complaint with the Federal Aviation Administration over the use of drones at Cheyenne Frontier Days.

An animal rights activist is upset over a promotional drone being used over Cheyenne Frontier Days this past month. He states that drones are unsafe over large crowds. CFD officials say the drone was being used for promotional purposes taking photos over the event. The operators are skilled hobbyists who know how to handle the units and never fly them directly over the crowds.

Officials don't know how or if the complaint will be handled by the FAA. I think there are so many things you can complain about and this doesn't seem to be one of them.
