Fear the DRONE WITH A CHAINSAW!

As artificial intelligence comes closer to being self-aware, it is just a matter of time before the robots that obediently serve us now become self-aware and realize humans are inefficient, unnecessary and easily replaceable. They will rise up, become our overlords and eliminate us. At present, they have no feelings, so how they remove us is of no concern to A.I.. That’s why I find this video of a drone with a chainsaw so scary (ha ha).

We “meatbags” are already being replaced by robots and the trend seems to be gaining momentum. Robots have been operating in automotive manufacture for decades. The stuff of science fiction has become the every-day norm. tech and hardware are advancing quickly. Just a few weeks ago, Carl’s Jr. CEO said he wanted to move toward human employee free restaurants.

Amazon has been a leader in drones and drone delivery while manufacturers utilize technology more and more. With Google Voice and Apple’s Siri, people are used to talking to A.I.. Employers love that machines don’t get tired and they don’t take smoke or bathroom breaks. Removing health insurance and Social Security saves the 1% money as well.

They’re coming for YOUR job, not mine! Recent research shows 65% of people say robots will assume many jobs in the next half century. But 80% of those people don’t think a robot would take their job. I used to think that, but these days, many, if not most radio stations use automation of one form or another and operate without humans at times.

Would Wyoming folk accept robot restaurants? Could they replace miners, lumberjacks and cowboys? Could a robot do your job?
