Enjoy the Southeast Wyoming Outdoorsman Summit in Albin Saturday

How much do you love the outdoors?

On Saturday, August 27, you'll get a chance to prove how much at the Southeast Wyoming Outdoorsman Summit in Albin.

Activities will be held throughout the day inside and outside the Albin Community Center and at other locations around the area. The summit begins at 8 in the morning and runs until 6 p.m.

Enjoy a free lunch and snacks, also breakfast and wild game concessions will be available for purchase.

Many activities are being offered including an archery demonstration, dutch oven cooking classes, Table Mountain Winery tasting and test your abilities with the Outdoors Skills Challenge.

A shooting range will also be set up, sponsored by Pheasants Forever High Plains Chapter 321. The cost is five dollars per person and ammunition will be available for purchase.

Canoe and boat excursions to Hawk Springs Reservoir will also be part of the Southeast Wyoming Outdoorsman Summit. A two hour canoe trip costs ten dollars per person and a two hour boat trip is fifteen dollars per person. To sign up for these, call 307-246-3386.
