U-S Senator Mike Enzi says delaying this week’s senate vote on internet antipiracy legislation was a good decision. Amy Richards has a report. A Senior Economist with the Research and Planning Section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services says Wyoming’s unemployment rate remained unchanged in December at 5.8 percent.
