The annual Wyoming Fallen Firefighters memorial service will be held on May 19th in Riverton, according to a release from the Wyoming State Fire Marshal's Office.

The event will be held at the Wyoming Fallen Firefighters Memorial at 1:30 p.m. The service is a yearly gathering to celebrate the memory and service of Wyoming firefighters who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

This year's service will include the addition of the names of five more firefighters who died on the job.

The memorial includes stones from all 23 Wyoming counties as well as all BLM districts and National Forests, the Wind River Indian Reservation and both Grand Teton, and Yellowstone National Parks.

The memorial service is free and open to the public
