Family of Antelope Cause “Wyoming Traffic Jam” on Randall Avenue (Video)

Here in the Cowboy State, this is what we call a "Wyoming Traffic Jam".

Last week, a family of tourists visited Cheyenne and have been enjoying the scenery in and around Randall Avenue.
