A fund set up to help eliminate dead zones for wireless internet service nationwide is awarding nearly $33 million to expand coverage in 8 Colorado counties and $23 million to serve three Wyoming counties. Doug Randall reports.  U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says if an agreement is not reached on government spending by the end of the year,  sequestration will occur,  which would mean a sudden 8.2 percent cut to almost all USDA programs.
