Last night I watched FEAR AND LOATHING IN LAS VEGAS for the 100th time and it never gets old. What a great movie and solid plot from Hunter S. Thompson's book. I thought what if this took place here? Not as dramatic as being on ether and trippin' at Circus Circus.

The plot could follow the movie where Raoul was sent to cover the rodeo at Cheyenne Frontier Days, like he covered the Mint 400 race in Las Vegas. They could be staying in The Plains hotel tripping on mescaline and overflowing the bathtub, cruising down Capitol Ave. and messing with the waitress at the R&B Breakfast Club.
