The final Cheyenne Frontier Days 2013 Grand Parade will step off Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. The Grand Marshall for the parade will be Governor Matt Mead. The parade will feature several bands, musical groups, military personnel and lots of horses. One of the highlights of the pardes is always the collection of vintage horse drawn carriages ranging stage coaches to the mobile library. The Cheyenne Police Department is reminding folks that there will be no parking allowed along the Parade route between 8 a.m. and noon.
