First United Methodist Church Offers Parade Day Lunches During Cheyenne Frontier Days
Are you going to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Parades?
If you work up an appetite marching in the parade or heading back to your car, stop by the First United Methodist Church at 108 East 18th Street for lunch.
Again this year, they’re offering reasonably priced lunches after the parades.
The CFD Parade Day Lunch menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, sloppy joes, coleslaw and home made pies.
The food is made by First United Methodist Church volunteers and I know it’s good, I’ve had some in years past. My Mom used to bake pies each year to serve at the lunches.
The parade days are Saturday, July 21, Tuesday, July 24, Thursday, July 26 and Saturday, July 28. They begin at 9:30 a.m. in front of the State Capitol at 24th Street and Capitol Avenue.
