Forest Service Has New Rules for Fire Retardant Drops [AUDIO]

U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Rep. Denny Rehberg (R-MT) sent a letter to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Interior, urging them to reject calls of an expansion of environmental reviews for coal exports out of ports in the Pacific Northwest.
