Coming up at sundown tonight, it's another free movie in the park.

Last Tuesday, there was no movie due to the 4th of July celebration planned the next night.

Tonight's film is 'Soul Surfer,' the 2011 movie based on a true story about surfer Bethany Hamilton who survived a shark attack in 2003 but lost her left arm.

The movie begins at dusk on the inflatable screen at the William N. Brimmer Amphitheater in Lions Park. Might want to bring a lawn chair as the grass may still be a little wet.

Playing the role of Bethany Hamilton is actress AnnaSofia Robb, her parents are portrayed by Dennis Quaid and Helen Hunt.

Other members of the 'Soul Surfer' cast include Craig T. Nelson as Dr. David Rovinsky, Lorraine Nicholson (Jack's daughter) plays her best friend Alana and her father, Holt Blanchard is portrayed by Kevin Sorbo. Carrie Underwood also has a role as the church group leader.

The free movies in the park are sponsored by Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power, Optimum, KIA of Cheyenne and the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
