LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — Friday's NCAA Tournament game between Wyoming and Northern Iowa features a matchup between two talented, big men on each team.

On one side stands Larry Nance Jr., the Mountain West Preseason Player of the Year. Wyoming's 6-foot-8, 235-pound senior forward averaged 16.1 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.2 blocks and 1.2 steals per game this season.

On the other team is Seth Tuttle, the 6-8, 240-pound senior forward who averages 15.3 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game for the 5-seed Panthers. He also shoots 42.9 percent from beyond the arc.

As standout performers at mid-major programs, neither Nance nor Tuttle have had much time to showcase their skills on a larger stage.

Nance tells the Casper Star-Tribune that he looks forward to the matchup with Tuttle.
