Have you had a chance to see Gooding play here in Cheyenne?

The band out of Wichita, Kansas, which is now based in L.A., will make their national TV debut on the 'CNBC Halftime Report' on Friday, June 5.

Gooding have toured through our area at least a half dozen times over the past few years. They have played shows at The Midtown Tavern and at several schools around our area as part of their Financial Literacy tour. The 4-piece band captures students attention with some songs and then educates them about being more responsible with their money.

On Friday, June 5, Gooding will be performing music and talking about their 'Funding The Future' organization, based in Cheyenne, during the 10 a.m. hour of 'CNBC's Halftime Report.'

The band will be returning to Cheyenne at the end of the summer. Gooding has a gig scheduled at The Midtown Tavern, AKA Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 E. Pershing Blvd., on Friday, August 28. The free performance begins at 8 p.m.

Keep up with the Kansas band on social media and at their official website, Goodingmusic.com. We even have videos of them playing in our studios in downtown Cheyenne on our youtube channel.
