Have you ever tried to build an igloo or snow fort?

The snow consistency in Cheyenne during this week's blizzard is just right to build a shelter and have a big snow ball fight. Here's a video on how to build a deluxe one.

Shoveling off the four to six inches of new snow from the sidewalks, the snow was packing together perfectly to make big blocks to construct a nice igloo or fort. It's also just right for easy snow balls.

Might want to get started on yours before the snow balls start flying, students around Laramie County were out of school for a snow day so could be something to do. This video shows detailed instructions on how to build an igloo all by yourself. Could be a way to survive if you are ever stuck out in the snow.

One of the most interesting parts I learned from the video was marking your center point to help you cut all the correct angles on your snow blocks. I'll be looking for your igloo.
