Hail and Thunderstorm Wrecks Our Garden

I'm pretty upset and was ready to tear it all out until I read the following. We garden in a hail and storm prone area and unless you prepare for it, you will have damaged results like the pictures above. The squash was hammered along with small peppers and tomatoes and some might be able to come back. If you have any tips, please let me know.
