82-year-old country superstar Willie Nelson makes no secret of his love for marijuana, even though it is illegal in the United States. So far, four states have gone rogue from the feds and legalized marijuana for medicinal and or recreational use. Willie has started his own brand of marijuana, Willie’s Reserve, a premium cannabis lifestyle brand.

“Willie Nelson Wants You to Work For His Weed Company” with a starting salary of a respectable $65,000 per year with performance incentives, according to esquire.com.  They have the backing from private equity firm Tuatara Capital. Local businesses in Colorado and Washington - the only states where it is legal to sell recreational pot - will grow and distribute his marijuana according to dailymail. “He added he was 'looking forward to working with the best growers in Colorado and Washington to make sure our product is the best on the market'.”

Other celebrities are looking to cash in as well. Fortune.com says “Last year, Privateer Holdings — a cannabis-focused investment firm announced a partnership with the family of the late reggae legend Bob Marley to create a line of branded cannabis and related products called Marley Natural. Meanwhile, rapper Snoop Dogg — who has his hand in a variety of pot-related business ventures — is also a director at investment fund Casa Verde Capital, that is reportedly looking to raise $25 million to invest in the marijuana industry.
