Here Comes Cheyenne Brewing Company

The sign on the door says they are staffing up and getting ready to serves up brews and chews in a familiar location. The new owners are planning a double chocolate imperial stout beer for this Thursday. That is the planned opening day for the new brewery and restaurant that will replace the old Shadows Pub & Grill in the historic Cheyenne Depot at 15 West 15^th Street.

Cheyenne Brewing Company will be doing just that, making beer in bottles and kegs. Craft beers and ales will also be served with chicken ‘n waffles, burgers, ribs and some dressed up tater tots.

Here’s to the brave new venture and good luck to Cheyenne native Robert Fertig (who served his country with 3 tours of Iraq in the Army), and other co-owners Lindsay, Adam and Brittany. Looking forward to your success.
