High School Football Tonight Includes East Hosting Rock Springs at Okie Blanchard

Are you ready for some football, high school style?

The season kicks off on Friday, August 30, with a couple games being played in Cheyenne. The Central Indians host the Casper Mustangs, the defending state champions, and East plays Rock Springs. Both games start at 7 p.m.

If you're going to the Thunderbirds' game against the Tigers be aware that there's only handicapped parking at Okie Blanchard Stadium due to the construction. Parking is available in the East High student parking lot north of the school and across Pershing Boulevard at the Jonah Business Center and First Congregational Church and there are shuttle buses to take you to the stadium and back.
