Not all of the lottery money is made by buying the winning ticket.

Yesterday, one person drove to the Wyoming Lottery Commission office in Cheyenne to be the first person to apply to sell Powerball & Mega Millions tickets when they go on sale this August.

With over 4,000 visits to their site the first day, 200 online applications and many walk-ins looking to be retail sellers this Fall, it will be a few days before the commission makes their decisions on who is granted sales permission.

But so far, so good.
