If you're a fan of country music or rodeo, you've probably heard of Chancey Williams.

The Moorcroft, Wyoming, native is a second-generation saddle bronc rider, who has competed in the National High School Rodeo Finals, the College National Finals Rodeo and is a two-time winner at Cheyenne Frontier Days.

Like one of his heroes, Wyoming legend Chris LeDoux, Chancey transitioned from a successful rodeo career to become a musician.

He formed Chancey Williams and the Younger Brothers Band in 2008. Since then, they've released several albums and have built a following across the country.

But did you know Chancey might also be the smartest cowboy in the Cowboy State?

Believe it or not, Chancey actually has FOUR college degrees, including a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Wyoming.

If his music career doesn't work out, don't be surprised if Chancey becomes the Governor someday.

In the meantime, the band has several upcoming concerts, including a performance at Little America in Cheyenne, two Casper concerts, and two shows at the Cowboy Saloon in Laramie.
