Following an extensive nationwide search, Dr. James Malm has been named to serve as Laramie County Community College’s associate vice president for the Albany County Campus.

Malm comes to LCCC following his role as dean of continuing education for Colorado State University-Pueblo. He previously held administrative positions with both The Community College of Baltimore County and Penn State University-Harrisburg. He holds a Doctor of Management from the University of Maryland University College.

LCCC President Dr. Joe Schaffer said “James has an exceptional background in innovation, new program and service start up, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will serve ACC and the entire LCCC campus.”

Malm begins his duties in June.
