JB's Drive-In has been an iconic hub for delicious American fare since the late thirties in Greeley, Colorado.  Normally, the restaurant is open until at least 10:30 every night, sometimes until 11:00.

However, this Friday, September 23, will be different.

Geneva Clark, one of the owners of JB's, told us that on Friday night her two grand-kids will be playing against the Windsor Wizards football team in their homecoming game for Greeley West.  Her grand-kids are twins and the business owner has never once gotten to see them play so this Friday at 4 p.m., JB's will be closing for the night.

We spoke to Rod Clark, Geneva's son, who said that it's very rare that JB's would ever close on a Friday night since that night is a "money-maker night".  Clark says that it is "priceless to get to see them play.  That might never happen again."

The two boys are members of the Greeley West Spartans-- one, Brody Clark, is the quarterback and the other, Jarod Clark, is the starting cornerback.

JB's Drive In is located at 2501 8th Avenue in Greeley, Colorado and normally serves up delicious burgers, fries, shrimp and more every day-- but this Friday, the Clarks will be cheering on their boys instead.
