Jimmy Fallon Sings ‘Reading Rainbow’ Theme as The Doors’ Jim Morrison [VIDEO]

Jimmy Fallon is known for his impressions, whether it’s Barry Gibb or Justin Bieber. On ‘Late Night’ he imagined what it would be like if Doors singer Jim Morrison sang the theme song to ‘Reading Rainbow.’

It’s actually rather uncanny.

Fallon and the band gets everything right, from the organ to the fade-out effects every ’60s music show used. And it’s probably the only time you’ll hear Jim Morrison say the phrase “Horton Hears A Who.” A fitting tribute to both Morrison and the great LeVar Burton. Take a look (below), it’s in a book. It’s ‘Reading Rainbow.’
