The new quiet zone in Cheyenne at Southwest and Lincolnway isn't exactly quiet with train horns blowing, construction workers jackhammers and KGAB's Gary Freeman making way more noise. We also checked in with one of the local hotels and found out that 95% of the guests do complain about the train noise. Two videos to check out.
