Did your horse win? My pick, Pants On Fire, came in ninth at Saturday's "Run For The Roses." Jockey Rosie Napravnik's historic ride was the highest finish of the six women who've ridden in the Kentucky Derby.

The winner of the 137th Kentucky Derby was John Velazquez aboard Animal Kingdom. Jockey Velazquez was scheduled to ride this year's favorite Uncle Mo, but the horse was scratched due to a stomach ailment. When jockey Robby Albarado broke his nose, Animal Kingdom's owner, Barry Irwin snatched up Velazquez as his jockey.

Second place went to Nehro and third was Mucho Macho Man, trained by Kathy Ritvo who tied the record for the second best result by a female trainer. The crowd at Churchill Downs on Saturday was the biggest ever at 164,858 race fans.
