Are you craving some live entertainment? There are a lot of bands playing around our area this week, here's a look at some that you can see.

Green Day had to cancel their scheduled performance tonight, February 6, at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, Colorado due to Billie Joe Armstrong's rehabilitation stint.At The Midtown Tavern, also known as Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 East Pershing Boulevard, the local band Southern Fryd will be playing for free at 6 tonight, February 6, in a special Wednesday audition show.

Coming up on Friday, February 8, also at The Midtown Tavern hear the music of Killer Rabbit beginning at 8 p.m. and there's no cover charge.

Also on Friday, Another Perfect Circus jam in the Hynds Building, on the corner of Capitol Avenue and West Lincolnway, from 5:30 until 8:30 p.m. as part of the Fridays In the Hynds series. The cost is $5 and those 15 and under get in free with an adult.

Guitarist George Ball will play 7 to 10 p.m. at Sanford's Pub and Grub, 115 East 17th Street, on Friday, February 6 in downtown Cheyenne, this is a free show.

At the Terry Bison Ranch, near the Wyoming and Colorado border off Interstate 25, the Jalan Crossland Band, out of Tensleep, Wyoming, will take the stage beginning at 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 9. Tickets are $15 at the door and can be picked up in advance for $12 at Ernie November's, next to the Atlas Theatre on Lincolnway in downtown Cheyenne.
