The first full week of March is filled with a wide variety of live entertainment to take in around the area, which shows are you planning to go to?

This Saturday, March 9, the Ogden Theatre in Denver presents the Alabama Shakes along with Michael Kiwanuka, Sam Doores and Riley Downing. This show has sold out. The Alabama Shakes are also part of the line up of the 9th Annual Targhee Music Festival in Alta, Wyoming July 19 through 21.

At the Outlaw Saloon on South Greeley Highway see Satisfaction, the Rolling Stone Tribute Band, on Wednesday, March 6, right here in Cheyenne starting at 9 p.m.

In Denver on Thursday, March 7, at the Bluebird Theater hear the music of Pink Floyd and the Grateful Dead performed by DeadFloyd.

On Friday, March 8, Ernie November, 217 West Lincolnway, has two ska punk bands in an all ages show from 7 until 9 p.m. The free show features It Gets Worse and Good Sign.

Fridays in the Hynds features the music of Brand 307 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for $5 and anyone 15 and under can get in free with an adult. The Hynds Building is on the corner of Capitol Avenue and West Lincolnway in downtown Cheyenne.

The Midtown Tavern, also known as Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 East Pershing Boulevard, presents the Change Agents beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 8. (this show is an hour earlier than most of their Friday night entertainment). We're hoping to have members of the Change Agents stop by our KING FM studios on Friday so tune in for a preview.
