There's still plenty to see and even participate with. This is the first Tuesday of the month, and that means it's an Open Mike Night with Jimmy McGuire at The Midtown Tavern, also known as Anderson's Other Corner at 1303 East Pershing Boulevard. The free jam begins at 6 p.m. and Jimmy brings some instruments with him, you can also bring your own and all players get $1 beers. Sometimes other members of Jimmy's band, Second Opinion, show up and other local talent get together for the jam.In Denver on Tuesday, November 5, Gov't Mule play at the Ogden Theatre at 8 p.m., doors open at 7 p.m. and tickets are $38.

The Pink Floyd Laser Spectacular comes to the Fillmore Auditorium this Thursday, November 7, at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $26.50 and doors open at 7 p.m.

The Paramount Cafe, 1607 Capitol Avenue, in downtown Cheyenne hosts an Open Mic Night on Friday, November 8, from 7 to 9 p.m. Get up and show off your talent.

George Ball returns to The Midtown Tavern on Friday, November 8, playing a free show beginning at 8 p.m. Hopefully we'll get George into the KING studio to give you a preview.
