Early voting for the 2016 General Election in Laramie County starts Friday, Sept. 23, at 8:30 a.m. according to County Clerk Debra Lee.

The voting site for early ballots is the Laramie County Courthouse at 308 W. 20th St. in Cheyenne. The hours for early voting will be Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. except for legal holidays.

Local voters will also decide whether to retain Wyoming Supreme Court Justices and district and circuit court judges.

Other issues on the ballot include a constitutional amendment that would allow the state to invest certain state funds in the stock market, a conservation district tax and a proposed seventh penny quarter of a cent tax to build the proposed Children's Museum of Cheyenne.
