What's your favorite part of the Laramie County Fair?

It's hard to resist all the cute animals at Frontier Park this week, but that's not all that's happening at the annual Laramie County Fair.

Coming up on Wednesday night at seven, it's Mutton Bustin' in the Frontier Park arena. Youngsters compete to see who can ride wooly sheep the longest in the rodeo arena.

Check the Laramie County Fair schedule to find when your favorite animals will be on display. Among the critters on display through Saturday, August 13 are cows, rabbits, goats, sheep and pigs. The Fair also has a Facebook page.

But it's not all about animals, a wide variety of crafts and other items are on display in the Exhibition Hall. A robotics competition will be held at 1 p.m. in the Cafeteria on Friday and a rocketry competition is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday in the CFD rodeo arena.

If you love dessert, on Thursday it's the pie tasting contest at seven in the Exhibition Hall.

The only admission fee during the Laramie County Fair is for the Demolition Derby on Friday night at eight in the Frontier Park arena. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for kids.

Support your local 4H, FHA and FFA members by attending this year's Laramie County Fair.
