Local Businessman Found Dead In North Carolina

Police in North Carolina say they are investigating the death of David A Doyle Jr. of Cheyenne as a homicide.

The 64 year old Doyle was co-owner of Tyrrell-Doyle Auto Dealership in Cheyenne. He was found dead at his home on Sunday in Charlotte, North Carolina, after someone called police asking for a check on his safety.

Police are not saying so far whether they have any suspect's in Doyle's death, but at last report no arrests had been made. They aren't releasing many details of the investigation other than to say it's being looked at as a homicide.

Doyle had been co-owner of the auto dealership with Brian Tyrrell.
