Local Concert Calendar This Week Includes Smashing Pumpkins and Lots More

Has it been a while since you've seen some live music?

There's plenty of entertainment choices around our area this week, including The Smashing Pumpkins tonight in Broomfield, Colorado.Billy Corgan and The Smashing Pumpkins play at the 1st Bank Center beginning at 8 p.m. with the opening act Anberlin.

Also tonight, New Odyssey will perform at the Laramie County School District 1 Administration Building Auditorium, 2810 House Avenue, at 7:30 p.m. New Odyssey is three guys playing 30 instruments and performing comedic stunts and music-laced skits. The show is being presented by the Cheyenne Concert Association and tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students.

On Friday in Cheyenne, the Change Agents play at the Midtown Tavern, formerly Anderson's Other Corner, at 1303 East Pershing starting at 8 p.m. and downtown at The Drunken Skunk, 1617 Capitol Avenue, it's Funk Tractor beginning at 9 p.m.

And attention Deadheads! The Dark Star Orchestra will play Friday and Saturday nights at the Boulder Theater, doors open at 7 p.m.
