Mead Expects Budget Issues in Legislature [AUDIO]

Even though the 2013 Legislative Session is a general, non- budget session, Wyoming Governor Matt Mead says he thinks there will still be a lot of discussion of budget issues. A new report from consultants hired by the legislature says the state Education Department has done a poor job of implementing educations reform.
