Governor Mead is asking Wyoming residents to observe a moment of silence today to remember the 26 people killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School.Mead and governors across the country are calling for the moment of silence at 9:30 a.m. Mountain time, the same hour the shooting happened last Friday in Connecticut.

Mead is also urging government buildings and places of worship to ring bells 26 times, to remember the victims killed in the tragedy.
