A 21 year motorcycle driver was in critical condition at last report following a Tuesday afternoon collision with a passenger car on Snyder Avenue.

According to a news release from police spokesman Officer Dan Long, the motorcycle driver was traveling eastbound on West 28th around 4:30 p.m.Tuesday. He turned southbound onto Snyder Avenue, where he crossed the center line and struck a Mazda passenger vehicle driven by a 21 year old Janessa Munoz of Cheyenne.

The motorcyclist was rushed to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center where he was listed in critical condition. Police closed Snyder Avenue at 27th, 28th and 29th streets while the crash was investigated.

Police have so far not released the names of the motorcyclist involved in the crash, and the case remains under investigation.
