When an EF5 tornado ripped through Moore, Oklahoma, Blake Shelton immediately put a plan to help in motion.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Blake will headline the "Healing in the Heartland: Relief Benefit Concert" telethon this Wednesday. Miranda Lambert, Reba and Vince Gill along with others to be announced, will also perform.

You’ll be able to see the concert on NBC, G4, Bravo, E! and CMT live and on delay. These people will be putting their lives back together for years.

"Everyone has their way to help, and mine as an entertainer is to perform to help raise money and awareness for this tragedy," Shelton said. "This is why I want to do this special and especially hold it in Oklahoma City, which is near ground zero."
