August is here, which means the window for golfing is coming to a close.  With there being 65 golf courses in Wyoming to choose from, there can only be 5 that is the best according to Tripadvisor.com.

1. Teton Pines Country Club- Wilson, Wyoming

This Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course has more than just some of the finest golfing you can get in the state.  You can go fly fishing, play tennis, cross-country skiing, and some of the best cuisines in the state.  While playing this course, you are surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of the Teton Mountain Range.

2. Buffalo Golf Club- Buffalo, Wyoming

Located in the Big Horn Mountains of Buffalo, Wyoming, this course was once named the best municipal course in Wyoming, by Golf Digest in 2009.  Also winning continuous awards for being a "4Star" course.  It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or advanced, the course offers 4 different sets of tees.

3. Three Crowns Golf Club- Casper, Wyoming

4. Rochelle Ranch Golf Course- Rawlins, Wyoming

If you are accurate with your ball, then give Rochelle Ranch Golf Course a shot.  They have plenty of water hazards and sand traps to avoid.  While playing a round, you may be blessed with seeing a wild animal like Pronghorn Antelope.  After a long day of golf, make your way to enjoy some fine dining.

5. Targhee Village Golf Course- Alta, Wyoming

This family owned an operated course is one that needs to be on the bucket list to visit.  Just because it only has 9 holes, doesn't mean you won't be challenged on the course. Enjoy a cold beverage and play a half a days worth of golf. Get your long drive a little better with their driving range.
