Navy Week Activities For Friday

Cheyenne is one of 12 cities hosting a 2015 Navy Week, a Navy outreach program that coincides with Frontier Days. Welcome to town US Navy and thank you for your service!

According to The Navy Outreach, it is designed to provide area residents an opportunity to learn about the Navy, its people, and its importance to national security and prosperity. Towards that goal, today, Friday, July 17th, activities will include the following:

8:00 am 11:00 am Map	Navy STEM at Laramie County Librarary "Celebrate Patriotism" Navy Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Tour interactive display
9:00 am 10:00 am Map	Navy Parachute Demonstration Team "Leap Frogs" Jump Navy Parachute Demonstration Team "Leap Frogs" jump into Laramie County Library's "Celebrate Patriotism"
3:00 pm 4:00 pm Map	Navy Band Southwest Brass Quintet performance Navy Band Southwest Brass Quintet performance at Cheyenne Boys and Girls Club
4:30 pm 6:00 pm Map	Navy Parachute Demonstration Team "Leap Frogs" jump Navy Parachute Demonstration Team "Leap Frogs" jump into Navy Day w/Cheyenne Boys and Girls Club
5:30 pm 8:00 pm Map	Navy Rock Band Southwest "Destroyers" Concert Navy Rock Band Southwest "Destroyers" Performance at Rhythm on the Rails
