New Downtown Cheyenne Cafe’s ‘Wyoming Ruben’ Might Be The Best Sandwich in Town [REVIEW]
If you like bison, there's a new cafe in downtown Cheyenne you should try. Dad's Cafe and Catering celebrated their grand opening this week and their "Wyoming Ruben" is drawing rave reviews.
The unique take on the popular sandwich features house-cured corned bison brisket on rye bread with russian dressing and sauerkraut. I've had bison burgers before, but never corned bison brisket...and it's incredible.
Like a lot of new restaurants, they're still working out the kinks. But if everything on the menu tastes like the Wyoming Ruben, Dad's should be one of the best spots in town for breakfast and lunch.
They're located at 200 East 17th Street, on the corner of 17th and Warren near the Nagle Warren Mansion.
