The new Pathfinder Building on the Laramie County Community College Cheyenne Campus should open soon according to a college spokesman.

Ty Stockton says the 85,000 square foot Pathfinder Building is slated to open in January. The building will house a wide range of college departments including Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid and several others.

The building was designed to be a hub for many college activities and a "one-stop shop" for those applying for admissions or new to the LCCC campus.

Laramie County voters approved a bond issue several years ago to help pay for the Pathfinder Building as well as a new Flex-tech building.

The Flex-Tech facility opened at the end of August and is now hosting classes.
