The woman on the right, Wyoming First Lady, Carol Mead and family are inviting children to come to the Governor’s Mansion for treats between 5 & 7 this evening.

Oh, and the red head on the left, cannot hand out candy because she is homeless.... for one more day. Our own Teri Landreth will close on her new home tomorrow!
