For a total blockhead, Charlie Brown sure can play a mean guitar.

The bald icon and his fellow Peanuts characters have had their inner rock gods unleashed by YouTube genius Garren Lazar, a.k.a. Super G., whose YouTube channel boasts an incredible cornucopia of footage from the films adapted from Charles M. Schulz's classic comic creations, edited to make it look as though they're performing the greatest hits of AC/DC, Queen, Led Zeppelin, the Who, Pink Floyd and many more.

Lazar's latest video, which you can watch above, finds the Peanuts gang "performing" Journey's "Lights," and continues a growing series that stretches back nine months — and while it may not be his most ambitious work (that honor goes to his clip for Pink Floyd's "Echoes," which goes on for more than 20 minutes), it's still arguably more entertaining than the band's own official "Lights" video.

Check out a sample of Lazar's work below, and join us in counting down the days until he forms a YouTube power trio with the person responsible for that video that makes it look like the Muppets are performing "Back in Black" and the one who made the Muppets/Metallica "Paster of Muppets" clip.
