I can't remember when I was looking forward to the release of a band's new album. We used to wait with baited breath when I was younger, for the release of certain artists new music. Running home, reading the liner notes, while we listened to new music. I'll have to admit. I'm looking forward to the new Pick Floyd release of The Endless River. I remember when Dark Side of the Moon came out we did nothing for weeks but listened. Now there is going to be new Pink Floyd. A Monday news release gives fresh details about "The Endless River," the British rock 'n' roll group's first new material in 20 years. The 18-song double album features band members David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright, who died in 2008. Roger Waters left the group in 1985 and isn't involved. The album was assembled from 20 hours of material recorded during the band's 1993 sessions for "The Division Bell." Gilmour says; "That the band "added new parts, rerecorded others and generally harnessed studio technology to make a 21st-century Pink Floyd album." I really can't wait. http://nr.news-republic.com/Web/ArticleWeb.aspx?regionid=1&articleid=29236051&m=d
