Poll: Is there a ”Good Ole Boy” Network In Cheyenne?

We've noticed recently that a lot of people say the "good ole boys" run things in Cheyenne and Laramie County.

You often hear the term used in private conversation or see it in social media posts. The context usually is of well-connected long-time or lifetime residents (usually men) with a lot of money who influence local decision making behind the scenes.

They are said, in some cases, to protect fellow members when trouble arises.
