Poll: What Is Cheyenne’s Biggest Traffic Problem?

Cheyenne Mayor Marian Orr, on KGAB radio Friday morning, said she might favor an increase in speeding fines in the city to address what she says is an on-going problem with motorists who drive over posted speed limits.

So that got us thinking--is speeding a big problem in Cheyenne? Or do you think there are other traffic issues that pose more of a problem?
