Residents Participating In “Giving Tuesday” To Help Support Alzheimer’s Research

The Wyoming Chapter of The Alzheimer's Association will be celebrating "Giving Tuesday" today, as others across Wyoming and around the globe give their financial help.

The day is dedicated to celebrating generosity and giving on the first day of December. It has been reported that over 5 million Americans suffer from the disease. Alzheimer's kills more people than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.

So, it's time we get busy and help support research to help end this fatal disease. Also, one in five Medicare dollars spent on someone with dementia and expected to deplete the fund as the Baby Boomer generation ages.
