28 year old Brian Sears of Cheyenne has been formally charged with Attempted Second Degree Homicide in connection with a shooting incident that left one man dead Thursday night in what court documents say may have stemmed from an insult while Sears, Connor Tarr and Cameron Scott were smoking marijuana..

Sears was originally arrested on charges of Second Degree Homicide as well as the attempted homicide charge, but on Tuesday he was not formally charged with the killing of 22 year old Connor Tarr. Shots were also allegedly fired at 22 year old Cameron Scott of Cheyenne as he fled 212 Tyler Place, #30  but he was not injured.
