22 year old Cameron Scott made his initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court Thursday. Scott is charged with one count of aggravated assault with intent to do bodily harm in connection with last weeks stabbing of 28 year old Brian Sears.Circuit Court Judge Denise Nau set bond at $10,000 dollars cash. A preliminary hearing date has been set for December 20th at 1 p.m. 

A second man has been arrested in connection with a shooting and stabbing last Thursday that left 22-year-old Connor Tarr of Cheyenne dead.  Twenty-two-year-old Cameron Scott was arrested late Wednesday afternoon and is being charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

He remains in custody in the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility pending his initial court appearance. Sheriff's office investigators believe Scott stabbed 28-year-old Brian Sears who lives at 212 Tyler Place #30. Sears is being charged with attempted homicide in this incident. It also appears that the altercation began over a drug deal involving marijuana, according to the Sheriff's office.
