If you're looking for something to do in Cheyenne this weekend, look no farther than Cheyenne's LCCC Shawn Dubie Memorial Rodeo.  I had the opportunity to meet and interview Laramie County Community Colleges head rodeo coach David Browder this week. This is a man who is no stranger to rodeo and the college students at LCCC are very blessed to have him.

You'll be able to view his rodeo team this weekend starting Friday night at 7 p.m. If you're interested in the Slack Rodeo, that kicks off at 1 p.m. You'll be able to watch rodeo competitors from 13 Wyoming and Colorado colleges and universities.

Coach Browder told me that there have been many LCCC students through the years who have gone on to pro rodeo circuits throughout the country and have made it to the Daddy of 'Em All - Cheyenne Frontier Days.

Check out all the action this weekend at Laramie County Community College's Indoor Rodeo Arena Friday thought Sunday - October 10 - 12, 2014. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, seniors and military. LCCC students and children under 5 are admitted for free. Slack competition is FREE. Three-day passes are $25.
